What we collect

Homeowners: your first name, email, phone number, job postcode, job details and any photos you add. Tradespeople: your name, business details, phone, email, the postcode you work from, photos of your work and any certificates you upload for checking.

Who sees it

A homeowner's name, phone, email and postcode are only shown to the tradespeople (no more than three) who buy that job. Other tradespeople only see the town, rough distance and job description. A tradesperson's base postcode is never shown; homeowners see the town and an approximate distance. Certificates are only seen by our team.
